Back Muscle Development

The Back development is one of the most impressive parts of the body, but the worst part is that the owner sees very little of it.

Its like the Grand cannon of the human body and looks like one of the 7 wonders of the world and when you are on stage or on the beach etc the back will turn head, win contests and bring the house down more than any other pose.

But because you can not see it so much can go wrong and your back can develop out of alignment fast and this is where you need someone to be able to advise you of how your back looks all the time.

Its very important that you watch certain points in your back and if you do this you will be safe and know that your back is developing good.

First start at the shoulders and practice to pose with your arms level as above.

Then look down the back and see how the shoulder muscles line up at the top middle of your back, then go down to the next point where you have to V shapes right in the middle and see if they line up, the next one in just below this with two points just below this.

If you have all these lined up you will know that your back is very well balanced

Practice many poses to fine the poses that suit your Build and Muscle structure and to find the best that will show out on stage

When spreading the back as above try and work your pose to make both sides look even and that the muscle form even all the way down the back like above.

A good back will show up no matter what you do and be noticed as above even when laying down the back will be seen.

Good posing plays a very important part to how your back will look so do a lot of posing and work harder on this area than others because as you can not see it like other muscle groups it is hard to bring out perfection.

Many bodybuilders set up mirrors so that one is in fount of them facing another mirror behind then so that they can see there own back.
